Robert (Bob) Ray Fisher passed away on February 4, 2020 at the age of 76.
Bob was born on February 28, 1944 to Lewis Raymond (Bud) Fisher and Virginia Lee (Dohrer) Fisher in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He graduated from Henryetta High School and served two years in the U.S. Army.
He worked for Sunoco (DX) as a truck driver for over twenty-eight years. He then worked for Sinclair Oil and later for Wal-Mart as a truck driver before retiring.
Bob married Linda Sue Purcell on May 25, 1965 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They were blessed with a daughter, a son and later three grandchildren. Bob loved his family and loved spending time with them. Everyone enjoyed his great sense of humor and sweet caring spirit.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Linda Fisher of Tulsa, his parents Bud and Virginia Fisher of Henryetta, his brothers, Steve Fisher of Holdenville and John Fisher of Okmulgee.
He is survived by his daughter, Tracy Bean and son-in-law Patrick Bean of Tulsa and his son Michael Fisher of Jenks. His grandchildren James (J.P.) Bean and wife Alyssa of Caney, Kansas, Ryan Bean of Tulsa and Danielle Fisher of Coweta. Also, his sisters, Helen Baker of Collinsville and Carol Fisher of Tulsa, along with brothers, Gary and wife Alicia Fisher of Collinsville, Dennis and wife Lesa Fisher of Cushing, and Don and Debbie Fisher of Henryetta, plus many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
