Obituary

Billie Lorene Mosley, 91, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on September 25, 2019 in Tulsa, OK. She was born on March 9, 1928 to Wilbur and Hazel Winfrey in Tulsa, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first late husband, Clarence (Pete) Mosley; daughter, Vicky Kindle; son-in-law, Don Kindle; brothers, Pert and Gene Winfrey; and sister, Gloria Howe.

Billie loved to garden. Her favorite flower was the rose. She was a very active woman. She loved to travel, especially to the Holy Land, Jerusalem. Billie loved to socialize with her friends and family. She enjoyed listening to gospel music, and the Gaithers were one of her favorites. When her health would allow, she was very active in the Carbondale Assembly of God Church.

Billie had a deep love for her daughter, Vicky, who passed in 1992. She always missed her dearly.

She is survived by a son, Rick Mosley and his wife Tami of Dallas, TX; granddaughters Kyndi (Nick Serner) Sammons of Tulsa, OK and Lisha Mosley; great-grandkids, Ryan Sammons, Peyton Sammons, and Audrey Serner; and a host of family and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, September 30th, 2019 from 12 PM to 8 PM at Heath-Griffith Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 1st, 2019 at the Carbondale Assembly of God Church with Pastor Phil Taylor officiating. Entombment to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulsa, OK
