I worked with Carl at OKANG, he was my first technician boss and my 1st Sgt. I enjoyed working with him and going on deployments. He was a great friend and mentor. I missed him greatly when he retired.

Carleesa Keri and family,
Carl was a wonderful husband father and grandfather, he will be missed by many in the little town of berryhill and surrounding friends and family, I remember the days when I was younger like high school our family's was always together Gay made my prom dress and wedding dress and the men would just carry on talking !! I thought alot of your parents. But now they are up in heaven with mine just dancing away no pain and no sorrow just carefree and laughing !! Carl fought a good life till the end but he was just too tired and was ready to go to see mom and others, u will have many memories of him !! And the best part he got to see his great grandson and he will carry the Napier name on. Just know girls your in my heart and love u both, my God watch over the entire family while going through the most difficult time of your adult life .. that one bright star that is shining is him letting you know everything is alright.
