Wynona Jean Rogers, age 63, was born May 17, 1955 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lige and Josephine (Jeffley) Fisher. She passed from this life on Monday, August 13, 2018 in Tulsa. She was a resident of Broken Arrow having moved there recently from Owasso.
Wynona grew up in a boarding school in Eufaula and later earned an Associate’s Degree. She worked as a lab tech for Tulsa Regional Hospital (now OSU Medical Center). She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her kids.
Survivors include her husband, Rocky Rogers of Broken Arrow; son, Robert Crowels and wife, Queen of Bartlesville; daughter, Angie Fisher of Broken Arrow; brother, Kenneth Fisher and wife, JoJo of Noel; sisters, Connie Henry of Owasso and Doris Chuckluck of Coweta; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
A wake will be held 6pm-8pm Thursday evening at the Heath-Griffith Funeral Chapel and a graveside service is scheduled for 1pm, Friday, August 17, 2018 in Poastoak Cemetery in Sand Springs.
