We knew Nelda through her adoring daughter, Su An, our dear sister-in-law. No Mother could have been better loved, no daughter more devoted. With our deepest sympathies to Nelda’s family and all whose lives were touched by her.

I remember fondly being involved in Nelda's life. My good friends were in band, which of course included her daughter Su An. Staying involved with Su An over the years, kept me involved with Nelda as well. She cared deeply for her students.

Nelda, we were so honored to have known you. You were the light of your family's life. Your sense of humor kept us laughing. You raised an amazing daughter who loved you to the moon and back. All of the students who studied under you were truly blessed. Your family and friends will feel your absence but hold fond memories of you. Heaven gained an angel.
