Earl Turner was born August 4, 1950 in Cowlington, Oklahoma the son of Maxey and Ethel (VanGundy) Turner. He passed from this life on January 12, 2018 in Tulsa at the age of 67 years, 5 months and 8 days.

Earl graduated from Keota High School in 1968. He was inducted into the United States Army on June 10, 1970 and served his country during the Vietnam War. He was a retired butcher who enjoyed fishing and hunting and was of the Baptist faith.

Earl is survived by sister, Faye Redwine and husband, John of Spiro; twin brother, Jerry Turner and wife, Joyce of Hodgen; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both his parents and his wife, Connie Lynn (Kipf) Turner.

Earl will be laid to rest along with his parents in Keota Cemetery.
