Jani RossJani Ross
Manager / Funeral Director / Embalmer

Jani is a third generation westsider and attended Park Elementary, Clinton Jr. High, and Webster High School (class of 1979). She was raised in the Red Fork community and grew up attending Red Fork Baptist Church. Her parents are the late Jack Rhyne (Webster class of 1950) and the late Sue Edwards (Webster class of 1951). She has worked in the death care industry since 1986 and joined the Heath-Griffith family 1996. She is a member of the Red Fork Lions Club (past president), Southwest Chamber of Commerce, and when her children were younger she was active in the Blue T organization as treasurer and cheer sponsor. She enjoys spending time with her husband, visits with her children and grandchildren, and traveling. Jani feels her own heart breaking experiences (she lost her first husband in a car wreck, both parents to cancer, a daughter from a congenital birth defect, and her brother to suicide) help her to better relate to the families she serves since she has personally experienced loss of loved ones.

Robin Haynes
Robin Haynes
Office Manager

Robin is a lifelong Westsider. She attended Pleasant Porter Elementary, Clinton Middle School, and graduated Webster High School, Class of 88. She is married to Rick Haynes, Webster graduate 85. As her kids grew up on the Westside, Robin was active in their school activities and served 2 terms as Blue T president and cheer sponsor. She is a member of Solace Church in Berryhill. Robin has been part of the Heath-Griffith family since August of 1997 and considers it a blessing and an honor to work with the families in our community during what can be the most devastating time of their lives. She believes her work here is a calling. She, along with the rest of the Heath-Griffith staff, feels that it is important to treat each family we serve as if they were our own and that a little compassion can go a long way in helping a person heal after losing a loved one.
